Lynnwood Pool Rules

Safety

  • The solar blanket will be on the pool during closure hours. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED ANY TIME THE SOLAR BLANKET IS IN PLACE. Attempting to swim with the solar blanket on is extremely dangerous. Only Board Members and those trained to do so will be allowed to remove the pool cover.
  • When a lifeguard is present: Children under the age of seven (7) must be accompanied by an adult 17 or older. Children 7 or older may swim unaccompanied.
  • When a lifeguard is not present: Alcoholic beverages are still not allowed. :) Children 12 and under need a responsible adult 18 or older present.
  • Young adult swimmers, ages 13 – 15 may swim during non-lifeguard hours without supervision provided they qualify as swimmers, and their parents file a permission form with the lifeguard. Guests ages 13-15 must have permission signed by a parent, not the host. All swimmers 13 to 17 years old must have a "buddy" present; they may not swim alone.
